I love my new 2026 Rav4!!!!!!!! Buying new cars is one of my least favorite things to do, but Daniel did an amazing job. Fast and efficient with financing and paperwork. I never felt like I was sitting around waiting. They helped me find the exact car I was looking for and held it until I could make it to the dealership. He gave 2 great tours of the car, because I need all the help I can get with technology. Daniel even helped me hook my phone to the car, because I would never have done it on my own. I left knowing how to operate every thing. So friendly, knowledgeable, and fun to work with from my initial contact for him to hold a car for me to driving away, Very low pressure sales. They never pressure me to buy any vehicle until they had exactly what I was looking for down to color I wanted. The financing department was easy to understand and very helpful. The finance manager that I worked with was great and very friendly. I would definitely request him again next time I buy a car. Side note…. I drove 2 hours to buy my car because I was having a difficult time finding the car I wanted and a dealership willing to help me find exactly what I wanted. I had helped my 80 year mother buy a car the year prior, so I knew I was in good hands. They helped me find the exact car I wanted. I would drive 2 hours again to buy a car from them. A much better experience than I ever had in the past. Only recommendation I would make would be to upgrade the finance department with more modern technology. Another dealership my son bought a car at had a smart table to read all the documents that made understanding the finance options easier. It also felt like it was more efficient with customers time, and they waisted way less paper. This would not change my mind about buying from them, but it was much more impressive to finalize paperwork.
