I have just recently purchased a 2026Grand Highlander . Daniel Kral was so helpful . I had previously owned a 2016 Highlander and was extremely happy with the performance of it. He was incredibly friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout the entire process. His professionalism and expertise were evident, and his customer service was truly exceptional. Drove 2 hours this morning after speaking with a salesman for the past couple days to see a “clean truck”. We arrived, truck was missing paint on every panel of the vehicle, cracked windshield, racked hood, smoke smell in vehicle, and cigarette burn mark in leather seating. Salesman gets a 10 out of 10 for being very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. Dealership gets a 0 for deceiving potential buyers. Would not work around price even with issues stated above.
