When deserved, praises are to be given. And the team at Stokes Toyota of Hilton Head, including my sales contact Alby, deserve the praises they've earned. I am in my mid 50's and have purchased many cars over my lifetime. And there was once a bit of expected trepidation in dealing with a car dealership, the salesperson, the finance officer, banks connected, etc. But no such worries reared their ugly heads with Stokes. From the time I spoke with Alby, until a week later when I drove off in my new purchase, the process was seamless. The ease in which Alby reviewed options, toured inventory, explained numbers, and created an offer was so easy that I did not even have time to finish a bottle of water. And Michael, the business manager, walked me through the finishing process as if we had known each other for years, hadn't seen each other in awhile and were just catching up on details.... This operation is not the norm, it is the exception. I can assure you, you won't find the level of care, professionalism, authenticity and moral values as you will at Stokes. You've heard my story. I had been searching for a car for several months and I came across Stokes Toyota online, because they had the car that I was searching for. I reached out and came in contact with Salesman David Wilder. unfortunately the first 2027 Land Cruiser that I was looking to purchase had sold the day before, but after speaking with David, he stated he could get me the same vehicle in a few days.
